Turkey Island Chili



3 lbs ground turkey

5 vine ripe tomatoes (organic), chopped fresh


1 Large onion chopped


2 – Muir Glen Organic Cabernet 25.5 oz Spaghetti Sauces


3 Large peppers (red, yellow, orange), chopped


3 cups chopped mango (fresh or frozen)


4 cups of pinto beans, pre-soaked, cooked, and drained


8 cups of filtered water


2 tablespoons of organic butter


1/2 cup dried goji berries


3-4 tbsp of organic chili powder


1 tsp of ginger


Organic garlic, black pepper, salt, turmeric, paprika, cayenne or tabasco sauce,  cinnamon, Bragg’s liquid aminos,  oregano, and cumin, all to taste.


Saute ground turkey.  Put meat and all prepared ingredients in your slow cooker or ceramic pot.  Season to taste.  Cook until the onion and peppers are to your satisfaction, and serve hot.
