Gluten Free Pizza Crust


Made from my favorite gluten-free mix maker: Pamela’s Products
Pamela’s Gluten Free Bread Mix

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups of Pamela’s amazing bread mix
  • ¾ cup coconut flour
  • ¾ cup brown rice flour
  • ¼ flax-seed meal
  • 2 ¼ tsp. yeast (1 yeast packet)
  • 1/3 cup of coconut oil or ghee butter
  • 1 ½ cups warm water
  • 2 ½ tsp Xanthan Gum

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees.  Pour yeast into warm water and wait until dissolved and/or bubbly.  Mix all ingredients being careful not to over handle the dough.  Let dough sit one hour.  Bake 20 minutes on your lightly greased pizza stone.  Flip crust over and bake 10 more minutes.  Add sauce, cheese, and toppings.  Bake until cheese is melted and toppings are warm.
