1 cup raw, grass-fed milk from your local farmer (check out realmilk.org), or substitute almond or rice milk.
1/2 cup crushed ice
4 medium – large-sized frozen, organic strawberries (can substitute 3/4 cup mango, peaches, or any berry)
1/2 banana (optional)
1 tablespoon raw, organic almond or peanut butter
1 tablespoon raw honey (or about 8 – 10 drops of liquid stevia)
2 raw, free range, fresh egg yolks from your local farmer (keep the whites aside for a casserole)
1/4 cup raw, grass-fed cream from your local farmer (optional)
1/3 cup homemade, raw, vanilla kefir, chilled (optional)
