Chocolate Meal Replacer Full Of Whole Food Nutrients!

Ingredients:

1 cup raw, grass-fed milk from your local farmer (check out realmilk.org), or substitute almond or rice milk.

1/2 cup crushed ice

4 medium – large-sized frozen, organic strawberries (can substitute 3/4 cup mango, peaches, or any berry)

1 Tablespoon from Frontier Cocoa Powder, Dutch-process Certified Organic, Fair Trade Certified, 16-Ounce Bag
or Navitas Naturals Cacao Nibs, 8-Ounce Pouches

1/2 banana (optional)

1 tablespoon raw, organic almond or peanut butter

1 tablespoon raw honey (or about 8 – 10 drops of liquid stevia)

2 raw, free range, fresh egg yolks from your local farmer (keep the whites aside for a casserole)

1/4 cup raw, grass-fed cream from your local farmer (optional)

1/3 cup homemade, raw, vanilla kefir, chilled (optional)

Directions:

Start with clean glass and add crushed ice, milk, fruit/s, powder, sweetener, eggs, and blend with your Cuisinart CSB-76BC SmartStick 200-Watt Immersion Hand Blender, Brushed Chrome

Then swirl in Kefir and serve cold.

This is a great meal replacement! It’s full of enough stuff to get you by four hours without feeling hungry and packs enough nutrients that even if you “fudge,” later, you still won’t be missing out on key nutritional needs.
